1. Customizing the fields
in your patient registration records.
2. Verifying payer benefits electronically through real time
insurance eligibility verification.
3. Tracking referrals, authorizations, co-pays, no shows and cancellations.
4. Entering all diagnosis, treatments, charges, and payments simply and quickly from one screen.
5. Accessing
all current ICD9, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
6. Posting insurance and patient payments, including the co-pay that was
captured at the time of patients’ check-in.
7. Managing all adjustments.
8. Printing walk out
statements, and reporting on cash flow and delinquent payments with the touch of a button.
9. Setting alerts
and messages regarding the patient’s account to aid in the collection process.
10. Transmitting all electronic
claims at the click of a button.
11. Filing electronic secondary claims to Medicare
12. Printing and
faxing Claims Log Report to you to let you know the status of all claims submitted.
13. Tracking and reporting
of potential profitability of each plan separately.
14. Re-filing of denied claims if necessary.
